The sound of the beat of the drum is ancient and touches us deep in our bones, and in our bellies. It is the heart beat of the Earth and can bring us back into health and balance, not just within ourselves but with the Earth and all of nature. 
It helps us to calm our mind and come to a deep place of peace where we can experience the “extra-ordinary,” The vibration of the drum is the pulse of life.
